"ARTkashic Uni-Verse" Terms of Use

What is permitted/許可される内容

  • Personal Use OK! (Due to material used for the 3D models, commercial use is prohibited.)

      個人使用OK！(3Dモデルに使用している素材の都合上、商用利用はできません)

 

  • Can be used in Doujin works. (CDs, Games, etc.) If planning to use in goods, there is no need to contact the creator beforehand.

    同人作品に使用できます。(CD、ゲーム等) グッズに使用する場合は、事前にクリエイターに連絡する必要はない。

  • Can be used in videos enrolled in YouTube/NicoNico Douga Creator Program.

    YouTube/ニコニコ動画クリエイターズプログラムに登録されている動画で使用可能。

  • This material can be used in R-15 content, but with certain zoning required.

      この素材はR-15でも使用できるが、一定のゾーニングが必要である。

What is prohibited/禁止事項

  • This material cannot be used in R-18/R-18G content.

      この素材はR-18/R-18Gコンテンツには使用できません。

 

  • No hate, antisocial, political, or religious use is allowed.

      ヘイト、反社会的、政治的、宗教的な利用は禁止。

  • Please do not claim as your own creation.

      自分の創作だと主張しないでください。

​

  • This material cannot be used for NFTs or AI training.

      この教材はNFTやAIトレーニングには使用できません。

​

  • Do not redistribute any of the material.

      いかなる資料も再配布しないでください。

​

The creator has permission to take down any works that violate these rules.

Use of 3D Models/3Dモデルの使用

  • Models can be used in apps/games that are linked to VRoid Hub or use .vrm models.

      モデルは、VRoid Hubにリンクされているアプリやゲーム、または.vrmモデルを使用しているアプリやゲームで使用できます。

 

  • Models can also be used in VRChat as well, but can not be made public.

      モデルはVRChatでも使用できますが、公開することはできません。

  • Models can be converted to PMX for use in MMD.

      モデルはMMDで使用するためにPMXに変換することができます。

  • Models can be modified as well. (The modified version can be distributed with credit!)

      モデルの修正も可能です。(修正したバージョンはクレジットをつけて配布することができます!)

  • Please follow the Terms of Use set for each model! (Some models might have a different ToU.)

      各機種ごとに定められた利用規約に従ってください！(機種によっては利用規約が異なる場合があります)

Use of UTAU/UTAUの使用

The use of UTAU [Kibo Yoruda] / [Juugo Namida] fall under Terms of Use seen above plus the following.
UTAU [夜打キーボ] / [波打ジューゴ] の使用は、上記の利用規約に加え、以下の条件に該当します。

  • Can be used in videos and Doujin works. (CDs, Games, etc.)
    ビデオや同人作品に使用できます。(CD、ゲームなど）

​​

  • Can be used for both original and cover songs.
    オリジナル曲にもカバー曲にも使える。

​

  • Voices can be used for other characters.
    声は他のキャラクターにも使える。
     
  • Use for HANASU is allowed.
    HANASUへの使用は許可されている。

  • If you wish to edit the [oto.ini] file or make derivatives of the voicebank, please contact the creator beforehand.
    [oto.ini]ファイルの編集や音源を流用する場合は、事前に制作者にご連絡ください。

  • This UTAU cannot be used in R-18/R-18G content.
    このUTAUはR-18/R-18Gのコンテンツでは使用できない。

Use of COEIROINK/COEIROINKの使用

The use of MYCOEIROINK [Kibo Yoruda] fall COEIROINK's Terms of Use plus the following.
MYCOEIROINK [夜打キーボ] の使用は、COEIROINKの利用規約に加え、以下の条件に該当します。

  • Can be used in videos and Doujin works. (CDs, Games, etc.)
    ビデオや同人作品に使用できます。(CD、ゲームなど）    ​​

​

  • Voices can be used for other characters.
    声は他のキャラクターにも使える。

 

 

​

  • This COEIROINK cannot be used in R-18/R-18G content.
    このCOEIROINKはR-18/R-18Gのコンテンツでは使用できない。

    (Please contact me for more info if you wish to distribute a modified version.)

  • Conversion to other formats for use in voice-synthesizers (VOCALOID, SynthV, CeVio, UTAU, etc.) is permitted.
